What we collect
When you place an order we collect what the order needs: your name, email address, delivery address, and date of birth. Date of birth is collected because the law requires us to verify that buyers are 21 or older.
The age confirmation on the site entrance is checked in your browser only; the date you type there is not sent to us. Your cart is stored in your browser (localStorage) until you check out.
How we use it
Order data is used to verify age, process payment, ship products, handle returns, and meet legal record-keeping duties for age-restricted goods. We do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Where it lives
Order data is stored with our database provider (Supabase, hosted in the EU) and is accessible only to the people who process orders. The site is hosted on Vercel, which logs requests for security and operations. Card payments are processed by Frisbii on their own payment page; we never see or store card numbers — we receive only the payment status and a transaction reference.
Your choices
Email hello@snowsnus.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (we keep what age-verification and tax law obliges us to keep). We send transactional email only — order confirmations and payment instructions — unless you separately opt in to anything else.
